Development finance is usually arranged on an interest only basis and depending on the nature of the project can be arranged for a term of 6 months plus.

Development Exit
Development exit can be used in instances where a development project is nearing or at practical completion. This type of product is for developers who require some or all of the following:
- To refinance away from expensive Development Finance rates
- Allow more time to sell the properties at the correct price
- Capital raise up to 75% LTV on the GDV (end value) in order to release funds for their next venture
- Capital raise for any other legal purpose
